Pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), ATELIER PILATES STUDIO, with registered office in PACENGO di Lasize at Via Peschiera snc, as Data Controller, provides the following information on the processing of personal data (hereinafter the “Data”) of all those who access this website and use its services.

2. Categories and types of Data collected and processed

The Data processed by the Data Controller may include common data, such as device information, data relating to the use of the service, time spent on Web pages; or personal data will be processed such as, by way of example, first and last name, tax code, VAT number, residence, domicile, email address or PEC, telephone and fax number, etc., collected for the purposes of conducting surveys, sending information and communications.
Within the website www.atelier-pilates.it there are data request forms. The fillable fields listed within each form are divided into mandatory and optional, identifiable thanks to a visual marker.
If the user wishes to avoid providing the mandatory data, www.atelier-pilates.it reserves the right not to provide the service. If the user prefers not to provide the optional data, the service will still be provided.

The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this Website and guarantees that they have the right to communicate or disseminate them, releasing the Data Controller from any liability towards third parties. The User therefore assumes the consequent legal obligations and responsibilities, holding ATELIER PILATES STUDIO harmless from any dispute, claim and/or request for compensation for damages that may be received from the interested third party.

3. Purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended and related legal basis

Your personal data will be processed with your consent (Article 7, GDPR), for the following purposes:

  • communication and proposal activities of various kinds, including the distribution of informational material, the sending of newsletters and publications;
  • management of surveys and questionnaires;
  • providing quotations.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes listed above is Art. 6.1.a) of the Regulation, as the processing is based on consent; it is specified that the Data Controller may collect a single consent for the purposes described herein, pursuant to the General Measure of the Italian Data Protection Authority “Guidelines on promotional activities and combating spam” of 4 July 2013.
Providing consent to the use of data for the purposes listed above is optional and, should the data subject wish to object to the processing of the Data for such purposes, as well as withdraw the consent given, they may do so at any time without any consequences (except for the fact that they will no longer receive communications, information, etc.) by following the instructions in the “Data Subject’s Rights” section of this Notice.

 

4. Methods of processing the Data

In relation to the indicated purposes, the processing of the Data is carried out by means of manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Data, as well as compliance with the specific obligations laid down by the legislation


The Data will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, relevance and non-excessiveness, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data. The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
The processing will be carried out by formally appointed and adequately trained personnel.

 

5. Scope of communication and disclosure of Data, recipients and transfer of Data and Data processing managers

The Data may be shared with authorities, bodies and/or parties to whom the Data must be communicated by virtue of legal provisions or orders of authorities. Such authorities, bodies and/or parties will operate as independent data controllers.
The Data will not be disclosed. Internal staff (such as, for example, administrative, sales, marketing, legal, system administrators) have access to the personal data collected by www.atelier-pilates.it.

6. Transfer of Data to international organizations and/or countries outside the EEA

ATELIER PILATES STUDIO uses third-party services that guarantee European standards of privacy and processing of personal data. ATELIER PILATES STUDIO also uses third-party services that transfer data to third countries, on the basis of contractual clauses.

7. Data retention

The Data are processed at the Data Controller's operational offices and will not be transferred to other locations.
The Data will be stored on paper and/or electronic media only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the principles of storage limitation and minimization referred to in Article 5(1)(c) and (e) of the Regulation. Or until the user withdraws consent.

8. Data subject rights

With regard to the Data in relation to the above processing, each Data Subject may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation. In particular, the Data Subject has the right to ask the Company for access to their Data, rectification or erasure thereof, has the right to object to processing or to request restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, and to obtain their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation.

The Data Subject may also withdraw at any time the consents given pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation, as well as lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if they believe that the processing of their Data is contrary to the legislation in force.

In cases of objection to the processing of Data pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation, the Data Controller reserves the right to assess the request, which will not be accepted if there are compelling legitimate grounds to proceed with the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject.
